I thought I really wasn’t changing, but then I compared these 2 pictures. In the first picture, I was standing with my legs wider apart, and my legs look much bigger, and in the second picture I’m standing completely normal. Clean eating and working out!!! DO IT!!

This is my weight loss progress so far! I started at 127 and I’m now down to about 120. I’m 5’2” and I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle, because I own an online jewelry store— so it doesn’t require a whole lot of movement.
I’m really proud of the weight I’ve lost so far— not necessarily because I weigh less, but because it means I’ve been living a healthier lifestyle. And I just feel better.
I have pretty severe anxiety, and cutting out certain foods has really helped. I’ve cut way back on cheese, pasta, bread— carbs and dairy in general. I try to eat green vegetables with every meal.
